Design and Art Direction for a property leasing brochure for an iconic address in London's Mayfair. The 'Maison' approach to the Queen Anne style property was created to attract a fashion brand. The identity was designed to juxtapose the traditional architecture with avant-garde interiors which became the eponymous Matches Fashion multi-use space. A saddle-stitch layflat brochure with contrast binding, and metallic foil cover.
